What service areas do you cover?
We primarily work within Randolph, Perry and Jackson counties in southern Illinois.
What kind of services do you provide?
We do tree trimming, tree removal, and stump removal/grinding. We have a climber on staff, as well as a bucket truck, so there’s not much we can’t handle.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we do, we carry a general liability policy through Pekin in Steeleville Illinois.
Will you tear up my yard?
A certain amount of superficial yard damage is to be expected within this scope of work. It’s nearly impossible to completely avoid damage when moving thousands of pounds of wood around. However, we have invested in machinery that operates on tracks, so it is less likely to rut up a yard, and we also invested in plastic mats to put down on the lawn. Also, we watch the weather and try to stay off lawns that are too wet. So it’s safe to say that we do our very best to leave no trace when we’re done.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take payment via credit cards, also Venmo, Apple Pay and Paypal. There is a 3% convenience fee for these transactions.

Wilderman Tree Service removed a huge part of our tree that was damaged by a storm and was hanging dangerously above our screen room. Jace showed up quickly and was able to drop the large pieces of tree away from the screen room as well as all other structures (fence, other trees and garden). He was meticulous in his work with safety being his number one concern. He left leaving our yard much better than when he arrived! Very good customer service and great job of taking down trees in difficult areas. We have used this company at both houses taking large trees down by both houses. Done a very good of making sure no damage done to any of the houses or buildings next to them.
